November 2024
November was even busier than October - I managed to be more active but didn't pick up my e-reader even once. I did manage to create a mastodon bot that toots out what I've been playing each week using Terence Eden's new 'one file' mastodon project.

Movies and TV
We continued watching easy going TV like Brooklyn 99, and finished watching the latest season of Taskmaster. Movies wise, I finally got around to watching Zombieland: Double Tap. I enjoyed it, but felt it didn't quite live up to the marvel that the first film was. Otherwise, not much time for TV this month!
Video Games
I was going to start playing Witcher3 again for #VideoGameClub. TL;DR... I did not start playing the Witcher 3 again but it's still bubbling along at the top of the backlog.
Stardew Valley's 1.6 update finally reached the Nintendo Switch so I played tons of that with my wife. We have a habit of playing 10-20 hours in a new farm when an update drops and not going back until the next big update but this one seems to have us hooked. It's nice to play co-op with a game she truly enjoys! The remainder of my gaming time was consumed by Dragon Quest 3's 2DHD remake. Classic JRPG. Very nostalgic. The art style is beautiful even if the framerate can be a bit choppy on the Switch.
Reading
I didn't pick up my e-reader in November! I have just loaded up the latest HumbleBundle video game books on my device so perhaps I'll pick it up again soon.
