Week Notes - 2026-14

This week I spent most of my spare time reading, I also played a little bit of Dragon Quest, and we finished watching the second season of Last One Laughing UK.

The weekend was consumed with redecorating my home office, which is now mostly done nearly 18 months after we first moved in! It feels a lot nicer to sit in here now I'm not sat beneath half-stripped wallpaper and bare plasterboard!

I also got around to finishing the LEGO set I got for my birthday... the Game Boy model. It's absolutely brilliant, and looks great on the shelf above my desk. I found it ridiculously cool that one of the LEGO cartridges has a battery (the one you put the Link's Awakening sticker on) whilst the other doesn't. Crazy attention to detail!

Anyway, my wife said I couldn't buy any more LEGO sets until I built the ones I already had.....
